What Are Business Referrals?
Oak Brook Business Network is all about our members giving each other qualified referrals. However, what exactly is a referral?
A referral is defined as the act of telling someone about the positive features of a person or a business. An example of a referral is telling someone why a certain person or business would be a good relationship for them to consider for their business needs.
Referrals are based on trust and commitment with other members of our group. Without building strong, trusting relationships with other group members you are most likely not going to refer any business to other members.
We encourage every member to be as active as possible within Fox Valley Business Network. This means that all members attend as many events and meetings throughout the year to get the opportunity to build these long-lasting business relationships. By building relationships you will be able to not only feel comfortable referring other members outside business but also receiving referrals for your own business from trusted members.
We look forward to referring leads, forming partnerships, and growing our business together with you!
